We stock sharpening and grinding stones. Perspex guards, also On/Off switches, Toggle switches, Drive belts to fit Omega slicers and Berkel slicers.with our range of genuine quality slicing machine oil.


We stock salvador stainless steel mincer knives and plates,to fit most makes of meat mincers including model 12,model 22,model 32,model 42/52. Biro, Omega, Hobart, Mainca, Kolbe, KT, Omas. We have a hardened steel three notch food mincer plate and a built up hardened steel knife for heavy duty.
