Mainca MG-90 Hybrid

Load

Two different loading positions, Normal and Ergonomic with reduced loading height of 108cm. Hinged back board to ease loading.
Mince

Slide open the gate, which separates the worm from the bowl and one is ready to mince. The exposed extended feed screw will push the meat through quickly and cleanly
Reload

Close the gate to seal the bowl and load the recently minced meat ready for mixing.
Season

One can simply mix and re-mince the different meats previously minced (lean and fat) or add seasoning for a sausage or burger mix.
Mix

It mixes the product in both directions so as to assure a perfect mix. The bowl will have the gate closed ensuring no ingredients or water is lost during the mixing cycle.
Double mince - Put on trays

Tilt the bowl and unload the product if you are preparing sausage or burger mix. Alternatively, open the gate for a second mince.
Emptying

Tilt the bowl and unload the product if you are preparing sausage or burger mix. Alternatively, open the gate for a second mince.
